Local burglaries include gold tricycle

Police are investigating a burglary at Warragul and District Netball Association clubrooms in Burke St.
The incident occurred between 6pm on Wednesday night and 4.40pm the following day.
Offenders forced entry by removing a security gate to the facility, as well as the flyscreen to a window, before searching through the office area.
No property was reported stolen, although the rooms were left in a scattered state, and police continue to investigate.
Officers also are looking into a spate
of break-ins to a house under construction throughout August. Located in Jarrah Cres, Warragul, the site was first accessed earlier in the month via an unlocked door, before offenders repeatedly attempted to remove a mounted ensuite vanity unit.
Police said offenders returned days later. On this occasion the door was locked, requiring the thieves to force open a laundry door and successfully leaving with the vanity unit.
Offenders returned on Monday, August 24, forcing entry into the garage, damaging the door. Nothing was stolen.
Investigating police have identified a white Ford sedan as a vehicle of interest, and are seeking any CTTV footage or witness information that may help.
In another incident, between 12.30pm
on August 23 and 12.30pm on August 26, offenders forced their way into a business premises in Albert St, Warragul.
Police said entry was gained by forcing through external cladding, causing significant damage to the building. Once inside, offenders stole about $200 in cash from a cloak area before leaving.
A locked garden shed near residential
property on George St, Warragul was broken into when offenders forced the lock between 10am on August 26 and 9am on August 28.
A large gold adult tricycle, valued at $700 was stolen. Police said the same tricycle had been stolen from the same location in March, recovered by police and returned, before being stolen again.
