Cars targeted

Police are investigating the attempted theft of a car in Cook St, Drouin on Sunday.
A window was smashed on a vehicle parked outside a residence between 6am and 8am.
Police said it appeared offenders used a brick to smash the window of a blue Nissan 370Z coupe. Police allege the dashboard of the vehicle was found ripped out, suggesting the offenders attempted to hotwire the car, but could not start the vehicle.
Police said the incident was likely linked to an attempted theft of a car in Shae Cres, Drouin, located around the corner from the Cook St address, at a similar time.
