A Trafalgar property was raided last Wednesday as part of an extensive investigation spanning from Gippsland to the New South Wales border.

Trafalgar man charged

A Trafalgar property was raided last Wednesday as part of an extensive investigation spanning from Gippsland to the New South Wales border.
As part of an ongoing investigation by officers from Baw Baw, Cobram detectives and the Critical Incident Response team, a series of search warrants were executed across the state.
Police seized firearms, ammunition and drugs following the search of a business in Station St, Numurkah.
A Trafalgar man was arrested at a Melville St property, allegedly to the Station St business.
Detectives then searched a third property in Centenary Drv, Trafalgar, where ammunition was located.
A 49-year-old Trafalgar man was charged with possession of firearms, possession of an imitation firearm, possession of drug of dependence, and possession of ammunition. He was remanded to appear at Shepparton Magistrates' Court.
