Lardner Park played host to Warragul's second backyard ultra event over the weekend as some of the bravest runners around took on the challenge.
The Wild Dog Backyard Ultra is a kind of ultra-marathon event that sees competitors aim to complete a 6.71 course in a one hour time limit over and over again until one runner remains.
A test of mental endurance as much as physical, the race can typically last well over 24 hours.
More than 100 people signed up for this year's local edition, which kicked off on Friday at 10am and finished just before 11pm on Saturday.
