Lang Lang moved to top of the Ellinbank District ladder after edging out Longwarry in a low scoring thriller.
The Tigers had to overcome a slow start. Trailing by 15-points at half time, they scored the next four goals to take a nine-point lead into the final quarter.
Brad Blazevic kicked truly to close the margin to three-points with two and a half minutes to play, but Lang Lang held on to win the top of the table clash 6-8 (44) to 6-5 (41).
Jesse Hand, Rhys Simmons, Andrew Thompson, Sam Ward, Tadhg O'Riordan and Kalin Parker helped the Tigers to victory.
Helping Longwarry challenge were Zach Murphy, Ethan Gunstone, Brody Hamilton, Luke Clarkson, Josh Collett and Blazevic.

OTHER games were one-sided affairs as Ellinbank comfortably accounted
