Warragul's littlest athletes were back on the track - and field - on Saturday as Warragul Little Athletics officially got their 2025-26 season underway.
The club enjoyed the company of 120 fully registered athletes and 50 trial athletes for the opening meet of the season as the weather held off for the wide variety of events on show.
Several athletes managed to break club records on the day, chief among them being Wally Phillips, who managed to set four new records.
Other athletes to impress included Macy Eastwell, who broke an 800m record that has stood for 19 years, and Sapphire Pratt, who broke a 17-year-old javelin record.
