Primed Train rolls through

Western Park got a taste of the modern footy celebrity on Sunday as social media star Thomas 'Prime Train' Baulch made a special one-off appearance for Warragul.

Baulch, an Instagram fitness guru whose content is geared towards young men looking to live healthier lives, has more than 172,000 followers on his account and was a popular figure among the many youth in attendance during Sunday's Western Derby.
In recent years he's made a name for himself playing for a variety of local football teams around Australia.
Locally, he has played for Churchill and Phillip Island, putting in an eight-goal performance for the latter against Warragul Industrials last season.
Baulch helped to run a special clinic for the Gulls' junior club on Thursday before joining the senior side for their 115-point demolition of Drouin.
Though he had limited influence at half forward in the first half, he was able to kick two goals in the third term after being deployed deeper forward, where he enjoyed several verbal stoushes with the vocal Drouin crowd behind the goals.
Baulch's appearance for the Gulls was organised by senior coach Jed Lamb, who hoped his presence would make Western Derby day even more of an event.
Speaking after Warragul's win, Baulch was full of praise for the town and the club, who he said welcomed him with open arms.
"It was so much fun, it was a fantastic crowd out at Warragul with a beautiful day. The club are stoked and I'm over the moon that the club got four points," he said.
"I was down at the Drouin crowd end and I thought I'd stir them up a little bit and they stirred me back...it was good fun in the third quarter. That's what local footy's about, it's about getting as many people down to the game, a little bit of back and forth in the game and they come up to me afterwards and say how good was that. That's what it's all about."
Lamb praised Baulch's influence, particularly during the midweek clinic for the kids.
"It was good, it was something a bit different. I loved having him there and he gives back to the juniors. He's always willing to give his time to the kids which is great to see, he brings a few more through the gate and it was good to see him get on the end of a few goals."
