Next stage for retention project

AFL Gippsland is moving into the next phase of their Junior Football Retention Project as they look to keep more kids playing footy.
The four-stage project is the organisation's way to trying to strengthen the foundations of football locally, helping to make players feel connected and supported in their early stages.
Stage one, 'discover', involved getting a lay of the land in junior football throughout the region through consultations and interviews with clubs and their stakeholders.
