In a second versus third battle, Warragul secured a win over Morwell in A grade on Saturday.
A grade: Warragul 65 defeated Morwell 54
This was a tough and competitive contest, with both teams showing determination right to the final whistle.
The Gulls were able to build momentum across the 60 minutes, trialling new combinations and adapting well as the game progressed.
Sienna Green, Ella Rees and Jade Finn stood out with strong performances, consistently lifting the team's intensity. It was a great effort from the whole group, showing resilience and teamwork throughout.

B grade: Warragul 65 defeated Morwell 42
The Gulls delivered their best team performance of the season in a commanding 15-goal win.
From the first whistle, the team showed intent, executing a high-pressure, high-energy style of play that set the tone for the match.
What stood out most was the cohesiveness across all thirds of the court. Defensive pressure was relentless, with every player stepping up and backing each other up in every contest. Midcourt transition was slick and composed, while the shooting circle worked with precision and confidence, reflected in the consistent quarter scores of 17, 16, 16 and 16 goals.
This performance is a clear sign that the team is starting to find strong form at the most important stage of the season. The connection, work rate and trust among the group was on full display, and it's evident that the team is building toward something special.
With finals around the corner, this is the kind of netball Warragul will want to continue producing. A huge step forward and a game to be proud of.

C grade: Warragul 23 lost to Morwell 49
It was a very hard-fought contest by the Gulls, who never gave up despite the scoreboard.
The girls continued to apply pressure right until the final whistle.

17 and under: Warragul 46 defeated Morwell 28
This was a great win for the Gulls, who worked hard all game with defensive pressure and strong leads.
The team displayed great composure and strength across the court. Due to the lead the Gulls had gained, opportunity was given to mix things up in the final quarter. It was fantastic to see how well the new combinations worked.

15 and under: Warragul 45 defeated Morwell 16
Warragul got off to a great start with some amazing defensive turnovers to gain a quick lead.
The girls were all playing some fantastic netball, with defensive and attacking skills on full display.
Going into the final quarter, all players showed versatility by playing in positions they don't normally fill. However, they still continued to show skill and determination all over the court to bring home the win.

13 and under: Warragul 15 lost to Morwell 38
In another brilliant game from the whole team, the Gulls showcased just how far they've come since facing the Tigers in round two.
Evie and Ida Blackwood, alongside Tannah Green, were absolute standouts through the midcourt. In the ring, goalers Bella Senini and Isla O'Brien showed just how much they've grown, shooting more than double what they did in the previous matchup.
The team's kindness and positive attitudes continue to shine on the court, no matter the score. Coach Olivia Barr, a bottom-age under 17 player, gained a special shout out for teaching the girls well beyond what's expected.
