Warragul secured three wins against Bairnsdale in sunny conditions at Western Park on Saturday.
A grade: Warragul 74 defeated Bairnsdale 41
The Gulls had a dominant 33-goal win over strong opposition, showing growing confidence and adaptability with new combinations.
Sienna Green earnt best on court for her leadership through the midcourt, supported by Jaime Rollinson and Jade Finn in setting the pace and linking defence to attack.
Renee Cook and Ella Rees were standouts in defence, creating multiple turnovers with smart reading and pressure.
Emma Ryde was a powerhouse in the circle, scoring 72 goals, while Naomi Allardyce impressed in her first full A grade match with speed and drive.
It was a strong all-round performance with plenty to build on.

B grade: Warragul 63 defeated Bairnsdale 33
It was a strong win over Bairnsdale despite the Gulls getting off to a slow start in the first quarter.
Strong performances in the opening rounds from Naomi Allardyce saw her elevated to the A grade side, meaning a reshuffle for B grade. The group responded positively, showing excellent cohesion and structure.
The attack end clicked and implemented hard work put in at training, working the ball into the goal ring seamlessly. Defensive pressure all over the court was a key contributor to the amount of gains obtained.
Such a great response from the team after a slow start as well as everyone fighting for a spot on court shows the depth of this team.

C grade: Warragul 24 lost to Bairnsdale 60
The Gulls faced a tough game against strong competitors.
Despite the score, the girls worked hard in the attacking end to deliver scoring shots, with some great feeding into the ring by the midcourt. The Gulls' defence end kept the pressure consistent despite changes made throughout the game.

17 and under: Warragul 25 lost to Bairnsdale 65
In sunny conditions, Bairnsdale came to play. They were a strong competitor but that did not stop the Gulls from working hard.
Multiple held balls in Warragul's favour were a testament to the team's defensive pressure throughout the game.
The midcourt applied constant attacking pressure and great feeds to the goalers, who worked well together in the ring. The game provided the opportunity for the team to try alternative positions, displaying their versatility.

15 and under: Warragul 43 defeated Bairnsdale 35
Another great effort has resulted in a well deserved Gulls win.
Both teams came out playing great netball and it resulted in a close contest all over the court. With only two goals separating the teams going into the final quarter, it could have gone either way.
The Gulls held their heads high and confidently came out with tight defensive pressure all over the court. With some amazing explosive intercepts from the defence and smooth, fast attack work into the goalers, the home side broke away and won the game.

13 and under: Warragul 4 lost to Bairnsdale 52
Although it was a challenging game, the Gulls displayed great resilience and teamwork from start to finish.
Ring defenders Billie Gray and Ella Carpenter impressed with their outstanding work rate and numerous intercepts across the match.
Isla O'Brien, playing in wing attack, brought fantastic energy and determination, which was a pleasure to see.
