Warragul's thirds have secured safe passage to the finals – but only just.
Needing a win to keep themselves inside the top five, the Gulls' battle with local rivals Drouin came down to the wire.
In the end they were able to hold on for a thrilling two-point win despite a late rush from their old enemies, the final score 8.7 (55) to 8.9 (57).
