Fines dropped for local footy clubs

Suspended fines of up to $6000 imposed last September by AFL Victoria on all 71 senior football clubs in Gippsland will be dropped.
The fines related to incorrect allocation of individual player points during last season, with penalties of $1500 for each incorrect allocation up to a maximum of $6000.
They were suspended for two years and would be withdrawn if clubs did not have further breaches.
