ELLINBANK found a late goal from nowhere with 35 seconds left to play to inflict Buln Buln's first loss of the Ellinbank District football season in a low scoring scrap.
With the match played in heavy conditions at Ellinbank the dynamic Shaun Phelan provided the spark, albeit from half back, winning a free kick for holding the ball to send the home side forward.
It would be Gaige White to put through the match winner from 15 metres, the Eagles prevailing 4-1 (25) to 3-6 (24) despite being a player down with Will Jolley sent off during the final term.
