Ellinbank raced out of the blocks to comfortably account for Bunyip and lock away its finals berth.
Despite Bunyip being competitive with the wind, the Eagles were able to capitalise more on the way to winning 11-7 (73) to 6-4 (40).
The Eagles burst out of the blocks with the first five goals to take a 30-point buffer into the first change.
