Dusties dust-up reigning premiers

A fourth quarter blitz has seen Warragul Industrials overcome reigning premier Tooradin-Dalmore in a pulsating elimination final by 14 points.
Inverloch Recreation Reserve was awash with vocal – and parochial – Dusties fans, who were nothing short of delighted to watch their side kick six goals to one in the final term to claim a 15.9 (96) to 12.10 (82) win in a match defined by swings of momentum.
Like the final fight in a Rocky movie the two teams traded blows, with both having periods where they looked primed to run away with a win. And when Tooradin-Dalmore kicked four unanswered majors to take a 16-point lead at three quarter time, it looked like it would be the reigning premiers marching into the second week of finals.
