Longwarry locked away second spot on the ladder after overcoming a challenge from a Lang Lang side playing for their season.
The Tigers will now need to defeat Yarragon while hoping for an upset Ellinbank loss after going down to the Crows 11-11 (77) to 7-12 (54).
The Crows burst out of the blocks before some inaccuracy on their part, along with some smart tactical moves from Daniel Fry and improved transition saw Lang Lang back in contention at the final change.
