Bumper final round to determine EDFNL top five standings

ALL is set for a bumper final home and away round in Ellinbank District football, with four matches that could determine the make up of the top five.
Buln Buln have the bye, having already secured top spot. But, positions two through to six could potentially change.
Nyora will host Catani in a dead rubber between two improving sides, the Saints and Blues looking to finish the season with some confidence.
The remaining matches have implications, with only two sides of second-placed Ellinbank through to fourth-placed Neerim-Neerim South able to obtain the second chance.
Ellinbank and Trafalgar lead the chase on 52 points, two ahead of the Cats. One of these sides will be pushed to an eliminator against either Poowong or Lang Lang, who are in a battle for the final coveted finals berth.
The Eagles and Bloods are in the box seat to play in the qualifier and can secure their place with wins in round 20. Lose or draw, and they may become vulnerable to the Cats.
Ellinbank's challenge is slightly more difficult, hosting a Lang Lang side who will leave no stone unturned in trying to force their way in.
The Tigers would need to secure a big win, while hoping the Magpies drop the points to Nilma-Darnum or at least win by a narrow margin. The gap currently sits at about three per cent.
Trafalgar travels to Longwarry, also with its destiny in its hands. They won't be able to take the Crows lightly, as the home side looks to finish the season with a scalp.
The Cats will look for victory over Yarragon and then turn their attention to other results, percentage not being a factor.
