11 players from the Mid Gippsland Junior Badminton Association attended a coaching/competition session at Ellinbank last week.
Two special doubles round robins were played after a coaching session by Stuart Ottrey.
Round robin number one results: Archer Thorne 58 aces, Tim McDonald 57 aces, Mia Harrington 52 aces, Zaleah Saunders 43 aces, Seth Huntingford 37 aces, Sophie Sheil 31 aces.
Round robin number two results: Bailey Huntingford 60 aces, Matilda Jefford 45 aces, Emily Delahoy 41 aces, Josh Pratt 39 aces, Paige Huntgindorf 37 aces.
Finals games were then played.
Archer and Tim defeated Bailey and Matilda 21/6.
Mia and Zaleah defeated Emily and Josh 21/7.
Paige and Sophie defeated Emily and Josh 15/11.
This week's game will be at Labertouche Badminton Club on Friday February 16. New players welcome.
