Vehicles were reported damaged in carparks in Longwarry and Warragul recently.
Police believe a blue Mitsubishi hatchback was kicked, punched, keyed and a tyre deflated at Longwarry Railway Station carpark on Thursday, August 28.
The car, which sustained an estimated $1000 in damage, had been parked at the station in Nar Nar Goon-Longwarry Rd between 10am and 5pm.
No other vehicles in the vicinity appeared to be damaged.
On the same day, a window was smashed to gain entry to a vehicle parked in a Mason St carpark in Warragul.
Police said the Subaru hatchback was parked at the Umart carpark between 6.50am and 3pm.
A small triangular window at the front of the car was smashed to gain entry. A packet of chewy was reported stolen.
