St Paul's students hit the track

Six students from St Paul's Anglican Grammar School recently competed at the School Sport Victoria State Cross Country Championships held in Yarra Glen on 23 July.
With hundreds of students from across the state competing in the race, the years four to six students - Hunter Rynberk, Amber Koopmans, Maya McIntosh, Emily Wilson, Joshua Heenan and Ollie Elliott - all put their best foot forward and ran their respective two or three-kilometre course in Yarra Glen.
The State Cross Country race is a tough competition with only the best runners in attendance, so making it to this level is a wonderful achievement for all the students.
Their 2025 cross country journey began at the St Paul's Cross Country race in May. From there, they progressed through to division and regional levels, ultimately earning their place at the state level, with all students performing very well throughout all levels of the competition.
