Elder abuse was a main discussion point of police seniors forums, with attendees urged to "see something, say something" .
Baw Baw police recently ran forums in Warragul and Drouin to promote confident living for seniors, with home safety, scams and driving amongst key topics.
However, elder abuse was the key focus of the Warragul forum, with detective inspector Rod Findlay detailing the different forms of abuse that often occurred behind closed doors, including abandonment, financial, neglect, healthcare, physical and psychological.
