Two parcels of land in Yarragon and Warragul are set to be sold, generating $285,000 for Baw Baw Shire.
Councillors labelled the decision to sell an unmade road in Gallagher Lane in Yarragon for $60,000 and unmade laneway in Kent St in Warragul for $225,000 as straightforward at a recent council meeting.
This was despite an earlier submission from a Yarragon resident calling for the abutting site to be split equally.
In his submission, Murray Cook said he had lived on land abutting the site
