A new Coles supermarket and Liquorland are set to be developed in Mills Rd, Warragul.
Baw Baw Shire planners have approved the planning permit for the $25.5 million development including the supermarket, liquor store, two specialty stores and appropriate signage.
The supermarket development is part of a neighbourhood centre as set out in the Warragul precinct structure plan.
Car parking on site will provide for 210 spaces which meets the required car parking provision.
Primary frontage of the supermarket development will be to a new road being constructed to the west of the site, with access also provided to Mills Rd on the south.
Operating hours will be seven days a week from 7am to 10pm.
