Two 13-year-olds from the Baw Baw region were arrested after allegedly travelling in a stolen vehicle on Wednesday morning.
Police said a 2020 Toyota RAV4, stolen from Yarram last Tuesday, was identified travelling through Traralgon just before 9.30am. It then drove to Warragul and back to Morwell, where it was involved in a three-car collision.
It is alleged the two Baw Baw youths were dropped off at Mid Valley Shopping Centre, where they were arrested. The vehicle then collided with two other vehicles in Bridle Rd at the intersection of Chestnut Ave, with the driver fleeing on foot.
Police chased and arrested a 17-year-old from the Wellington region.
Despite the collision with two civilian vehicles, one of which rolled into a police vehicle, no one was injured.
