Homelessness can lead people into some dark places. These are places that Trafalgar's Jason Rantall knows all too well.
Jason and his wife Kerry have become known as the faces of Bettermentall, a mental health charity the pair founded and run which in recent weeks has expanded a homelessness outreach service.
On Thursdays from 2pm to 3:30pm, Bettermentall can be found at Moe's Apex Park or Logan Park carpark in Warragul, cooking a barbeque, giving out clothes and other necessities and generally being someone to talk to.
