Year eight students from nine local schools gathered for the 2023 Live4Life launch in Warragul last week to smash the stigma around mental health.
Almost 1000 students attended the event in two separate sessions at the West Gippsland Arts Centre to learn about mental health.
Attendees heard from their peers, Baw Baw Shire mayor Annemarie McCabe and motivational speaker Beau Vernon about how to support each other and how to seek help.
