An armed robbery and assault in the centre of Warragul during Tuesday's lunch rush has highlighted rising youth crime.
In a week when the State Government announced its "Adult Time for Violent Crime" bill and increased penalties for youth gang recruiters and retail crime, it was clear police, retailers and the community have had enough.
