Police are seeking information after a car sped away from police at Drouin McDonalds, causing damage to property.
On March 3 police were patrolling Drouin at 1am when they saw a blue VY Holden Sedan with a white bonnet at McDonalds.
A 26-year-old Drouin man, who police said was sleeping rough, approached the car rand exchanged an item with the driver.
Police allege when they approached the vehicle it began moving away at a fast rate of speed, mounting a footpath and colliding with a handrail to exit the car park.
There were three people in the vehicle, two men in the front and a woman in the rear.
Police believe there may be a connection with a vehicle drive-off incident in Morwell on March 2.
