Uber drugs intercept

An Uber driver was intercepted in Drouin on Friday allegedly with a package containing drugs.
Police saw the vehicle parked in a reserve on Princes Way.
The Uber driver told police he was delivering a package from Cranbourne to Drouin.
Police searched the vehicle and located a package in the boot. Officers reported they could smell cannabis.
It is alleged a search of the package revealed methamphetamine and cannabis.
Police attended the delivery address and arrested a 39-year-old Drouin man.
He was charged with attempted possession of drugs.
