High Performance Program (HPP) students at St Paul's Anglican Grammar School were recently visited by four-time Olympic diver Anabelle Smith.
Anabelle spoke to students about her sporting journey from primary school to her elite-level career at competitions such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games and other national and international competitions.
Her key message to students was to have a good support system and be authentic to themselves throughout their sporting careers to maintain their happiness, which will assist them in performing to their best ability.
Students can personalise their educational experience with the HPP, which caters to secondary students competing at an advanced level in their chosen sport and provides access to leading guest speakers of elite sportspeople and industry leaders.
Teachers provide HPP students additional guidance and flexibility, ensuring students can thrive by balancing their studies and sporting commitments.
