Rotary hosts inaugural Collectables Fair

A collectables fair, hosted by Warragul Rotary Club, will be held at Darnum on September 6.
Warragul Rotary is opening the new project will become an annual community event.
Stallholders will be selling a variety of collectable items with Rotary having a table of collectables to sell that have been donated to the club.
A total of 36 stallholder tables have been sold for the event.
All stallholder spaces were quickly snapped up attracting both local and travelling vendors.
A number of vendors are selling "Australian Pottery" amongst their wares.
Fair organiser Roger Colls said the club was fortunate to have Greg Hill, the leading authority on pre–1950s pottery made in the state of Victoria attending.
Greg, an author as well as a collector, will be selling his range of Australian Pottery reference books at the fair. Greg was recently awarded the 2024 Victorian Community History Award for his book "Victoria's Earliest Porcelain Works."
There also will be many experienced and knowledgeable stallholders attending.
The Collectables Fair will be held at Darnum Memorial hall on Saturday, September 6 from 10am to 4pm.
