Working in one place for 40 years is no easy thing, but for beloved kindergarten teacher Pauline Whyte, the reward of watching children develop has kept her going.
At the end of 2023, Pauline was surprised with a celebration for her 40 years of teaching at Grace Bergland Kindergarten in Warragul. Surrounded by staff, families and past students, Pauline said the celebration was a special occasion.
"It was really nice to have that milestone recognised," Pauline said.
From an early age, Pauline's interest in childhood development inspired her to pursue kindergarten teaching.
