A pump valued at $3000 was stolen from a residential property under construction in Shillinglaw Rd, Drouin.
The theft occurred between Wednesday, September 10 and Tuesday, September 16.
The pump was positioned near a tank before being removed and stolen.
In another incident, items valued at about $2000 were reported stolen from a storage facility in Warragul on August 29.
The theft occurred at Warragul Storage on Copelands Rd between 3:30pm and 4pm. Police reported the lock to the shed was cut.
Among the stolen items were tools, a welder and a vehicle jack.
