The concept plan proposes a new two-storey pavilion, in white, for the Neerim South Recreation Reserve. The pavilion, if funded, would be located to the east of the current facilities, with carparking at the rear. Two new netball/tennis courts would be constructed to the north, in blue, alongside with cricket nets.
