A social housing development designed to meet an increasing need for affordable housing in West Gippsland has been proposed in Drouin.
The 45-unit development is planned for a vacant site on the corner of Lampard Rd, and two adjoining residential lots.
The proposal includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments within a three-storey apartment building and five double-storey townhouses. Access will be from Lampard Rd.
There will be 27 car parks and 22 bicycle spaces for residents. Almost half
