Walkable open spaces a priority

Baw Baw offers extensive outdoor options but faces challenges amidst population growth, outdated recreational facilities, funding gaps and lack of youth-orientated spaces, according to a draft report released by council.

To help plan, enhance and manage its 30,345 hectare open space network, council has released a draft open space strategy.
