Trafalgar-based mental health service Bettermentall will be hitting the road this month to launch a homelessness outreach services in Moe and Warragul.
Beginning on Thursday in Moe's Apex Park, representatives from the organisation will be on site from 2pm-3:30pm to provide food, clothing and other necessary items to those doing it tough.
A portable shower unit also will be available for those who need it.
