Council questioned on submission times

The average Baw Baw Shire Council meeting runs for just under two hours and has four community members speak.
The figures were revealed after former councillor Darren Wallace used community question time to request meeting run times and verbal submission numbers.
Amongst his five questions, Mr Wallace asked if council wanted to hear from its community after he was given only five minutes to address "three very important agenda items."
