The old shire offices in Trafalgar remains listed for sale and has attracted interest from various parties.
The update was included in a Baw Baw Shire officer report on the Trafalgar Business Centre requested by Cr Brendan Kingwill, who described the building as not being used, not generating revenue and in need of maintenance.
The report provided the rental income and maintenance costs of the two-storey brick building, located on a 4554 square metre site at 107 Princes Hwy, Trafalgar.
