Warragul Community Garden's team of volunteers and guests recently supported Australia's Biggest Morning Tea event for the Cancer Council, raising more than $1200.
The garden, at Eastern Park, off Cambridge Drv, was the perfect environment for everyone to enjoy a long table of home-baked offerings.
Old friends and neighbours were re-acquainted and new community members were introduced to the garden.
The community garden touches the lives of many people.
Community members are welcome to drop in to the garden at any time, to pick a selection of vegetables or herbs.
Garden volunteers are present on Tuesday mornings from 10.30am.
