Ground broken for new private school

A new school - Aqueous Vitae Grammar - is set to open in Warragul next year.
A ground breaking ceremony was conducted at the Tarwin St site on Saturday, officially marking the beginning of building works.

The non-government school has already issued a call for prospective students, with prep to year three as the initial grade options in 2026. An additional year level will be added each year.
Director Suzanne Shears said Aqueous Vitae Grammar would eventually cater for kindergarten to year 12, offering holistic Christian education which blends the Victorian Curriculum and International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.
