Police are investigating a small fire in Eastern Park on Friday afternoon.
A witness reported a flash of light before discovering the fire in the vicinity of cricket nets near Stoffers St at about 2pm.
Two teenagers, a boy and girl, aged between 15 and 17-years-old were reported running from the area at the time.
Police said the witness attempted to put out the fire but it spread as winds picked up.
The CFA was called, who attended and extinguished the fire. As a result, damage was limited to bushes.
Anyone with information which may assist police investigations is urged to contact Warragul police on 5622 7111.
