Support for people undergoing cancer treatment at the West Gippsland Hospital has been boosted with a donation by some local bowlers.
The Warragul/Drouin RSL bowling club continued its involvement with the hospital when it handed over a donation of $500.
Acting director of clinical operations Lucy Lewis and nurse unit manager of oncology Sinead Hickmott were on hand to express thanks to the bowling club's Colin Jeffrey and Bill Clappers when they arrived at the hospital with a cheque.
