Civic Park, Drouin is set to be transformed into a colourful obstacle course with the Drouin Dash Colour Fun Run on August 17.
With a splash of colour and a burst of energy, participants are guaranteed to have a lot of fun at the three hour event.
Participants will enjoy a casual one kilometre run, or walk, around Civic Park where they will be doused in non-toxic coloured powder and blaring music.
Colour run participants may choose to do multiple laps.
The family friendly event will run from 10am to 1pm. Food options will be available.
The event includes a sausage sizzle by the Drouin Men's Shed; live music by Warragul Municipal Bunnings Bucket Band andDJ Nige; and guest MC – Drouin's own Rubeus Hagrid 'Keeper of Keys' from Harry Potter!
The family-friendly colour run event is organised by the Fitness Factory in Drouin as part of the SnowFest Gippsland Winter Events Program, with the assistance of members of the Hallora Marathon Club and local businesses.
Participants can register online at EventBrite or registration on the day will be from 10am at the Sound Shell in Drouin Civic Park.
Cost is $5 per person of $10 per family. registration includes a free Colour Run 2025 white t-shirt.
