The CFA's new base in Warragul was officially opened last Monday at an event attracting CFA dignitaries, staff, brigade members and agency counterparts.
The purpose-built facility in Queen St was commissioned in July 2023 and the revamped district nine headquarters is now a major regional support hub.
It features a new incident control centre (ICC) to support future major incidents.
Following a tour of the facility and smoking ceremony to mark the opening, CFA deputy chair Tony Peake OAM provided an opening address to the assembled guests.
