The "Adopt a Door" Christmas project has created joy at Cooinda Lodge at West Gippsland Hospital this month.
Staff have had the choice of surprising a resident with a Christmas-themed door or working with them to create a festive door in the lead up to Christmas.
This is a new Christmas initiative at Cooinda Lodge.
The first door completed by staff member Elaine Thomson from the environmental services team surprised resident Roy.
Roy grinned from ear to ear when he saw his finished Christmas-themed door.
