Every week a new person walks through the door of Neerim District Food Relief seeking a bag of food to help get through the week.
Co-ordinator Julie Sheehan said the centre, open for three hours every Thursday morning, was happy to help and praised people for finding the strength to ask for help.

"Today we've had new sign ups," Ms Sheehan explained. "Almost every week th
