Pieces of history have been transformed into functional furniture at Neerim District Rural Primary School following a recent term-long collaboration with the Neerim District Community House and Men's Shed.
Two new bench seats, outdoor tables and a refurbished school desk now sit proudly at the primary school, much to the delight of the 15 students who spent one day a week for 11 weeks working alongside members of the men's shed to complete the project.

The outdoor bench seats are a particular highlight for the school and local
