Go yellow for mental health
1 min read

In support of the recent R U OK? Day, St Paul's Anglican Grammar School's secondary school Student Representative Council (SRC) hosted a yellow-themed stall in the canteen to raise funds for the organisation.
Joining the students who sold baked goods, drinks and official R U OK? merchandise were head of the SRC Bernard Laverty and Flynn Francis (administration).
All funds raised through the stall will go directly to the charity, helping to increase awareness and encourage conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
R U OK? Day began in 2009 and has become a significant day at St Paul's, prompting open dialogue, kindness and empathy amongst students and staff to reduce the stigma around mental health.
The day empowers individuals to reach out, listen and support one another by asking, "Are you okay?" – a simple question that everyone is encouraged to ask.
