Loved Granny & Nan, Catherine & Jeremy, Jonathon & Helen, Blair & Barb, Lorna & Michael, Erin & Dan, Tim, Ben & Jacynta, Ashley & Rhiannon, Justin & Chloe, Patricia.
Great Granny & Nan to her 14 grandchildren.
The family thanks all the staff at Amberlea Aged Care for their love and care to Gweny while at Amberlea.
 Mum & Dad reunited.
